Shipping & delivery

  • UK delivery: 1–2 days (included in price).
  • Packaging: breather bags, insulation and netting to keep shrimp calm.

Live arrival / DOA

  • If anything arrives not right, email me same day with clear photos.
  • I’m fair — I’ll always try to sort it properly.
  • Always acclimate slowly (drip acclimation is best).

What do Blue Dream shrimp need?

  • Cycled tank (important) with biofilm, moss, wood or plants.
  • Stable temp around 18–24°C is ideal.
  • Stable water matters more than chasing perfect numbers.
  • No copper meds (shrimp don’t handle it).

Can they live with fish?

  • Safest is shrimp-only or peaceful tankmates.
  • Most fish will snack on new baby shrimp.
  • If keeping fish, use lots of moss/hides to boost baby survival.

Breeding tips

  • Start with 25–100 to build a proper breeding group.
  • Feed small amounts, keep water stable, and let biofilm build.
  • Moss/leaf litter = baby shrimp buffet.

Grades / colour

  • Normal grade: mixed coverage, still solid blues, great for starting colonies.
  • High grade: deeper, more “painted” blue selected from best lines.
  • Colour improves with good food, stable params and time.
